(i) Promote junior development programmes in all disciplines

(ii) World wide promoton of Techno 293 Class

(iii) Foster closer relations with the PWA.

 (iv) Offer guidance to National Authorities and National windsurfing Associations regarding Class structure and equipment

(v) Improve standards at, and quality of, events.

vi) Promote Associate Membership Scheme and develop Sponsorship Programme

vii) Publish a clearly defined structure for the sport
