Day 2 in Penghu

For the second day of competition on Wednesday the wind increased up to 20 kts and the Reaching start course was used for three exciting races for all classes.

Among the RS:X Men, the bullet was taken by Korean athlete Cho Won Woo. He was followed by Ching Yin Cheng and Rafeek Kikabhoy both from Hong Kong. - results 

In RS:X Women division all top three places were taken by Hong Kong where two leaders, Wai Yan Ngai and Kwan Ching Ma, are sharing the leader position with the same points. Wing Chi Sandy Choi is keeping third position at the moment. - results

In the Techno 293 Youth Boys fleet. Patchara Mangmeephol from Thailand is leading in front of Chi Long Tang and Janson Shek, both from Hong Kong. - results

In the Techno 293 Youth Girls division Fu Wei Kuo from Taiwan is keeping the lead, followed by Cheuk Yu Lam and Sze Chit Chan from Hong Kong. - results

Today three races are scheduled for all classes on the expected 'light' wind conditions around 10-12 knots. However for tomorrow the wind should be back with up to 25 knots of wind.

There will be a maximum twelve races in a series over five race days. The regatta will be concluded on Saturday with the last possible start at 13:00.
